Quick Brown Fox Solutions does not accept returns. All sales are final, on both product lines:
Stock NSN and part-number hardware. Stock items are procured against your confirmed order and ship with source and country-of-origin documentation. Because these are procurement-grade items sourced to a specific stock number or part number, they cannot be returned or exchanged once ordered. Verify the NSN, part number, quantity, and the origin requirements of your application before you place an order — every item’s specification is published on its NSN record or part number record, and we are glad to confirm details on the quote before you commit.
Custom-machined parts. Custom parts are manufactured to your drawing and have no resale value to anyone else. They are likewise sold on a no-returns basis. First-article inspection and documentation options are available on the quote if your program requires acceptance verification — see first article inspection.
Every quote we send restates the stock number, part number, quantity, unit price, lead time, and documentation included, so there is a written record to check against your requirement before any order is placed. If anything on the quote looks wrong — or you need help confirming a cross-reference — reply to the quote or email support@quickbrownfox.co before ordering.
If a shipment arrives damaged in transit or does not match the items listed on the order paperwork, contact us at support@quickbrownfox.co promptly upon receipt and keep all packaging. Carrier-damage claims and shipping discrepancies are handled case by case; this does not create a right of return.
