Production is fulfilled by ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing partners in our network. You hold one subcontract. We hold the traveler, the inspection records, and the delivery date.
That model is the point of a small-business CNC supplier inside a subcontracting plan. The prime gets a registered U.S. entity, a quality system it can diligence, and capacity that is not a single-spindle job shop. We get the drawing package and the flow-downs we can actually meet. Credentials we do not hold — AS9100, ITAR, NADCAP, GSA Schedule — are stated as not held, so a buyer is not surprised at source selection.
Most prime packages mix custom-machined components with standard hardware. We quote both. Custom work is U.S.-made: 5-axis, Swiss, milling, turning, prototype through production, first-article inspection when the drawing requires it. Standard hardware is the NSN catalog — screws, bolts, o-rings, fittings, bearings — with published prices so a buyer can fill a kit without a second vendor. Search the NSN or MS/NAS/AN number in the header; if it is stocked, the price is on the page.
